One of
our biggest projects so far was a rental
home that was left by the tenants totally
disgusting! There wasn't damage,
meaning nothing was really vandalized, but
the insurance agent (who wouldn't approve
the claim) instead said it was damage that
was due to the renter's "poor lifestyle".
Whatever
you call it, it was a complete mess, which
makes us all the more proud of how nice the
home turned out! (The homeowner was
thrilled too!)
